On December 8 in the HUB Lyceum, Finance & Administration teams shared progress on their TAP Survey action plans with Executive Vice President Jeff Scott and dozens of unit leaders and attendees. Units received their survey results in May 2017 and unit leaders delivered action plans to Provost Baldasty in August.
Five teams presented their action plan progress:
- Health Sciences Administration
- Building Services
- Grant and Contract Accounting
- Human Resources
- UW IT
Teams are focusing on issues identified in the survey such as understanding and setting customer expectations, improving response times, expanding high-value products such as Mini-Max, and updating website content.
After the presentations, additional teams displayed posters and met with attendees, sharing how their teams are responding to survey results and their progress on action plans.
